It may not be something that they have chosen to make public, but if you explain that you are looking for one, then they may be willing to talk to you about it. However, if you are making a work accident claim against that company, then perhaps you may feel this is a little insensitive.
If you can find someone to talk about their experience, then it is a good idea to make full use of their knowledge. Ask them if they can give you any tips or hints as well or any ideas about questions to ask the lawyer perhaps with regards to their cost or things like that.
It can really help you feel better about the case if you can trust your lawyer. Some people do get stressed at the thought of a court case, but having confidence in your lawyer means that you can leave them to get on with it and relax.
