Cherry is a human resource staff and part of her job is to conduct preliminary interviews to job applicants. Cherry says she enjoys this more than doing those boring paper work. If you are an applicant, you would like someone like Cherry to do the interview with you because she is always nice and warm. Her smile puts the applicants at ease and for a while they actually forget that Cherry is doing an important interview. Cherry wants to do away with stressful questions. She makes an effort to come up with simple yet thought provoking questions. Every time she comes across aspiring call center agents, one of the most common questions she asks is, How come you want to try outbound telemarketing? Do you think you have what it takes to survive in this industry? More than this line of questioning, Cherry likes to ask questions pertaining to an applicant's family and other personal matters. For Cherry, much conclusion can be drawn from the way an applicant talks about his or her family.
