There are really only a few main things which will influence whether you win an accident compensation claim or not. Getting a good solicitor and having a good case to start with.
You will have to prove that the accident was not your fault. Sometimes this is easy to do and sometimes it is not so easy. It all depends on the specific case. You may have witnesses that can help you or it may just be obvious that it was not your fault. Sometimes you may know itw as not your fault but without anyone to help you prove it, it may difficult to do so as it will be your word against someone elses.
You also need to make sure that the no win no fee solicitors you use, are up to the job. Most of them are good or else they would not still be in business. However, it is still a good idea to do some research. Find out how long they have been dealing with cases like yours and see if you can find out what their success rate is like. You should be able to get an idea of this from talking to them on the telephone and it will help you to make up your mind which company you want to go with. There are a lot out there and it can be quite a difficult decision, but it is worth working hard to find out who is the best for you because you are more likely to get a good result from them then and that will make the hard work well worth it.
So it is a good idea to work hard in finding a good solicitor because they will be able to help you to win the case. The better they are, the more chance you have of winning, however weak or string the evidence you have is.
